UN Global Compact Network Sweden is a platform for Swedish participants of the UN Global Compact. Once a Swedish company join UN Global Compact, they automatically become a member of the country network. The purpose of the Swedish network is to support and establish the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact at national level, as well as to connect and make the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) more accessible for the private sector. This is primarily done by providing opportunities for skill development and exchange of experiences in areas that make up or link to the Ten Principles and the SDGs.

The purpose of the Swedish network
UN Global Compact Network Sweden was formed in April 2018. The network builds on the basis of the Ten Principles and the Sustainable Development Goals to support Swedish companies in their sustainability efforts – efforts that add value for both companies and society at large.
