The UN Climate Change Conference (COP 27) took place in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, during November 6-18. Countries came together with the key aim of ensuring full implementation of the Paris Agreement. Three critical areas were focused on: implementation of the Paris agreement and putting negotiations into concrete actions, stepping up climate financing, and transparency and accountability throughout the UN Climate Change process.
